Important:
Litho converting guidelines
are not the same for all envelopes.

Guidelines full bleed artwork on the seal flap only.
Expect a 1/16" running variation on all dimensions when converting envelopes up to 6 x 9. Follow these artwork guidelines to yield the best possible results.


Color must be at least 1/16" away from the top score (fold), parallel and extended at least 1/8' from side scores. Do not taper color into corner of seal flap and side flap.

Overbleed color no less than 1/8 " off the dieline to allow movement during die cutting.

If your job must have color exactly held on the the scores steel rule die cutting is recommended, contact customer service for instructions.


Printing can not be the net size of the envelope die line. Insufficient overbleed or wrap around may show color transition or non printed paper where it is not intended.

Dielines alone are not press layouts. Download a press layout from our directory for the sheet size with the number up you want to run or contact us with any questions.
Never print envelope dieline or window dieline on press run.

Important information!
